Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 3 – 4 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non - business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Shipping charges apply to USPS and Fed-Ex Ground shipping within the United States only.
All orders are filled and shipped from Locust Grove, GA. Westlyn Avenue will only ship to residential or business addresses.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2:00PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
Returns
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us @westlynavenuecandleco on Facebook or Instagram within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items damaged during shipping.
Returns, refunds or replacements products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
